When Your Healing and Your Work Finally Start Talking to Each Other

I’ve spent years trying to make things work and become SOMETHING—business ideas, healing paths, and the pieces of my life that kept falling apart.
Each time, I showed up with hope… and a quiet, lingering doubt.

No matter how many checklists I followed or how many systems I set up, I always felt like I had to pick a side:

  • Share the personal or look professional

  • Be relatable or be the expert

  • Show up vulnerable or show up polished

  • Show up honestly (quirky and different) or mask to fit in

And every time, something important got lost.

Following Sparks isn’t a brand I created.

It’s something I’m actually doing.

It’s the way I’m learning to stop splitting myself into roles.
It’s the way I’m learning to show up as a full human being—healing, creating, questioning, and sometimes completely unsure, but still here.

This blog is a reflection of that process.

It’s not a “content plan.”
It’s not a self-help column.
It’s not a business diary, either.

It’s the space in between—the messy, beautiful, spark-filled middle—where my personal story, creative tools, and the work I want to share with others finally get to live in the same space.

What you’ll find here:

Some posts will be personal.
Some will be about the journals and tools I’ve created.
Some will be about building a business that doesn’t feel like a performance.
Some will just be questions I’m living in.

And- because I just can’t help myself- some will be absolutely random and from left field.

All of it will be real.

If you’re someone who’s trying to reconnect with your spark after years of survival mode…

If you’re trying to believe in your own ideas again…

If you’re wondering if you’re allowed to mix the personal and the creative—
the soft and the strategic—
the messy and the meaningful—

You are so in the right place.

I created the Spark Starter Kit as a soft, gentle first step back to yourself.

It’s free. It’s quiet. It won’t ask you to fix yourself—just to notice what’s still alive in you.

You can sign up for it [here].

And whether you do or don’t, you’re welcome to follow along here—
where I’ll be sharing what I’m creating, what I’m learning, and what I’m finally allowing myself to believe is possible.
