A 3-phase journey from burnout and identity loss to rediscovery, joy, and magic. Start where you are. Follow what sparks.

The Spark Path

🌟 The Spark Path

A three-phase journey from burnout and breakdown to rediscovery, rebellion, and rebuilding a life that actually feels like yours.

You didn’t land here by accident. If you’ve been feeling blank, heavy, disconnected, or like your personality is buffering…
You’re not broken. You’re just between sparks.

The Spark Path is how I made my way back to myself — not by fixing everything, but by following tiny flickers of feeling.
And now? It’s here for you, too.

This path isn’t linear. You’ll loop, pause, revisit, rage, and rest. That’s part of the process.
Start where you are. Follow what lights up. Ignore the rest (for now).

🔹 Phase One: Spark Embers

The “something’s not right” phase.
You’re tired. Mentally, emotionally, soulfully. Life might technically “look fine,” but something in you is flickering out.
You’re starting to notice the numbness. Or maybe you just cried because someone asked how you’re doing.

This is where you begin. Not by burning it all down — just by noticing.

🧭 You might be feeling:

  • Foggy, depleted, like you're going through the motions

  • Secretly furious or deeply sad and not sure why

  • Like you've lost your voice, your spark, your “you-ness”

🌱 Good next steps:

  • Let yourself rest without guilt

  • Start noticing what makes you feel anything

  • Make a little space — in your brain, your day, your home

🔸 Phase Two: Spark Warrior

The “not this anymore” phase.
This is the middle of the mess — where you realize you can’t keep pretending, and you’re no longer willing to stay small just to keep the peace.

It’s loud, chaotic, and liberating. You’re setting boundaries. Burning bridges. Possibly making everyone uncomfortable.
Good.

🧭 You might be feeling:

  • Angry, drained, but powerful

  • Deep in your no’s, reworking every people-pleasing reflex

  • Ready to fight for your voice, even if it shakes

🔥 Good next steps:

  • Move that energy — dance, cry, shake, scream

  • Unlearn the rules that kept you hidden

  • Give yourself permission to be too much

🌈 Phase Three: Spark Sandbox

The “what if joy isn’t dangerous?” phase.
This is where you start rebuilding. Not from scratch — but from truth. You’re exploring what’s fun, what’s yours, and what no longer requires justification.

It’s softer here. It’s weird and wonderful. You’re letting in joy without needing to earn it. You’re learning to play again.

🧭 You might be feeling:

  • Cautiously optimistic, still healing but hopeful

  • Creative urges returning — dancing, doodling, dreaming

  • Like you want your life to feel like yours, even if it doesn’t look perfect

🌈 Good next steps:

  • Reclaim play, even if you suck at it

  • Invite in beauty, color, and softness

  • Make something for no reason at all

🪄 Not sure where you are?

That’s okay. You’re not on a deadline here.

Start with whatever post, tool, or journal makes you feel a flicker. That’s your spark. Follow it.

You’re not becoming someone new — you’re remembering who you are.

🔁 Keep in Mind:

  • You’ll move through these phases over and over again

  • You can exist in more than one phase at once

  • This isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you are
