  • Doing the brave thing messy, not perfectly

  • Reminding yourself: rage is not regression. It’s reclamation.

  1. Open your phone.

  2. Hit record.

  3. Say everything you’re feeling. No editing. No explaining.

  4. Save it—or delete it. Doesn’t matter. The magic is in the release.

This is how you stop hoarding your truth inside your body.

 

🛠 Tools That Help in This Phase:

  • Cold water on your face

  • Screaming in the car

  • Texting a trusted friend: “I don’t need advice—I just need to be heard.”

  • Journaling with prompts like:

    • “What am I no longer available for?”

    • “Where am I abandoning myself to be tolerable?”

    • “What would my most unapologetic self say right now?”

Warrior Sparks is uncomfortable because you’ve been told for years to shrink, be nice, stay quiet.
